HOUSTON — – A Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was arrested by the Houston Police Department for driving while intoxicated.
Deputy Grace Moreno, 57, was reassigned to administrative leave with no inmate contact and will be designated civilian status.
According to KPRC, Moreno ‘got her truck stuck after driving through about 130 feet of freshly poured concrete.’
The deputy, who was also charged with DWI in 2010, told officers she drank four beers while watching the Astros game.
Deputy Moreno is an eight year veteran of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
