ROSENBERG, Texas — On Tuesday, February 20, 2018, the Rosenberg Police Department, School Resource Division, were made aware of an alleged improper relationship between a teacher and student.
Officers investigated allegations that a Lamar High School teacher had been sending inappropriate messages to a student’s phone.
After an investigation, the teacher, Richard Segura, a 37 year-old Katy resident, was charged with Improper Relationship between Educator and Student.
The case has been filed with the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office.
