HOUSTON — On Sunday, deputies responded to a Credit Union located in the 8400 block of West FM 1960 By Pass in reference to an assist the officer call.
The Constable Deputy was off duty at the time and in uniform when the suspect approached him, became combative and attempted to assault him at the ATM machine. During the struggle, the deputy utilized his department issued taser but the suspect still actively resisted.
Responding Deputies quickly arrived on the scene and assisted the off duty deputy apprehend the combative suspect. He was identified as Tyshi Banks.
Tyshi Banks was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Resisting Arrest. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 13.
