CALIFORNIA — A pile-up involving at least twenty vehicles jammed traffic in Bakersfield Monday.
Southbound traffic on Highway 99, near Houghton Road, south of Bakersfield, is at a standstill.
No word on a number of injuries.
Officials with the California Highway Patrol were on scene.
