TEXAS — **UPDATE** The Irving police department received a 9-1-1 call from inside of Barbara Bush Middle School located at 515 Cowboys Parkway at 2:01 pm that a suspicious person was possibly inside of the school.
The school went into lockdown and was searched by the officers.
The children will be released as normal at 4:15 pm.
There are no injuries reported at this time. No unauthorized people were located on the campus.
Barbara Bush Middle School in Irving was placed on lock-down Thursday afternoon.
Irving Police say a call came in about a possible suspicious person.
Officers are on scene investigating.
