2 Wanted For Violent Rapes & Robberies In NYC

**UPDATE: SUSPECTS CAPTURED**

The New York City Police Department is asking the community’s help in ascertaining the whereabouts of two identified suspects wanted for Rape and Robbery.

1) On Sunday, June 28, 2015, at 11:50 p.m., the victim, a 20-year-old female, made arraignments to meet with one of the suspects on East 138 Street in the South Bronx. The suspects showed up, with one another suspect, and forced the victim to the roof of the location where they raped her and removed her money. The victim was removed to Lincoln Hospital where she was treated and released.

2) On Monday, August 3, 2015, at 4:25 p.m., the victim, a 34-year-old female, made arraignments to meet one of the suspects at the Grand Hyatt Hotel located at 109 East 42 Street. When the suspect arrived at the room, he sprayed the victim in the face with an unknown substance and threw her on the bed. Two additional suspects also came into the room where all three tied the victim up. All three suspects then raped the victim and removed her cell phone and pocketbook. The victim was removed to St Luke’s Hospital where she was treated and released.

3) On Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at 10:40 p.m., the victim, a 32-year-old female, made arraignments to meet one of the suspects at her apartment on Lexington Avenue in the Gramercy Park Section of Manhattan. When the suspect arrived at the apartment, he maced the victim and threw her on the bed. The two additional suspects arrived at the location and tied up the victim. All three suspects then raped the victim and removed her phone, laptop and bracelet. The victim was removed to an area hospital where she was treated and released.

Subsequent to an ongoing investigation, one of the suspects was identified and apprehended on Friday, August 7, 2015. Charges are pending.

The two additional suspects have since been identified:

Suspect #2:
Rivera, Isaiah
31 years old

Suspect #3:
Cruz, Joey
26 years old
