Mr. Howe was reported missing from at 8428 W Royal Blackheath Drive, Arizona City. He suffers from schizophrenia and brain damage, and may be off his medication.
David Howe is described as an African American male, about 6’1″ tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with black/grey hair and hazel eyes. He may have a full beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a red flannel shirt and black jeans.
David Howe has ties to the Tucson area and may be attempting to return there. He also has family in Texas.
