El Cerrito, CA — On December 2, 2015, El Cerrito Police Department Investigators located the remains of 90-year-old Mary Osibin concealed in a trash barrel where she lived. The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office determined that the cause of death was a gunshot wound. Neighbors last saw Mary Osibin at her Leneve Place residence sometime in August 2015. Investigators obtained a probable cause arrest warrant for Alicia “Lisa” Osibin for the murder of Mary Osibin.
Investigators have developed information that Alicia Osibin may be in the Los Angeles area. Alicia Osibin may have changed her name and/or altered her appearance to a more masculine look. She is 5’8” tall, heavyset, has worn glasses in the past and may be using the name A. Callico or Alex Callico. Alicia Osibin is considered armed and dangerous.
