DUBLIN, Va, From WUSA9:
Police are searching for Noah Terry Thomas, 5-years-old, standing 4 feet tall and weighing 60 pounds. He has green eyes and red hair and was last seen wearing a camo jacket, black and yellow pants and Spiderman rain boots.
He was last seen at 5461 Highland Road in Dublin, Va.
Police said it is believed that he left the house on foot with a white male child.
