Police Search for Killer of Girl Who Vanished From Football Game

On November 14, 2015 at 7:40 pm it was reported to the Scottsville Police Department that 7 year old Gabriella Doolin of Allen County was missing by her mother from a football game they were attending on the Allen County High School campus property.

Scottsville, Kentucky —  On Saturday, at 7:40 pm it was reported to the Scottsville Police Department that 7 year old Gabriella Doolin of Allen County was missing by her mother from a football game they were attending on the Allen County High School campus property.

A search began immediately and it was reported to the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green at 8:05 pm that her body had been located in a creek in a wooded area behind the Allen County High School.

The Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville performed an autopsy to determine the exact manner and cause of death.

The death of Gabriella Doolin was confirmed a homicide. Police did not disclose how she was killed.

Brian Doolin, the father of Doolin posted a statement to his Facebook page on Sunday:

“Thank you friends and family.. we’ve never been this empty. I’d give anything to hold my baby girl just one more time… I love her with all my heart… please continue to pray for my family… I would of gladly traded places with my baby girl.. I don’t know why anyone would do this to a baby or anyone for that matter!”

No arrests have been made. The investigation ongoing.
