RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WLWT) — Ripley County Prosecuting Attorney Ric Hertel released his findings Friday on a 2021 shooting where Indiana State Police officers responding to a domestic situation fatally shot a man who pointed a gun at them in Ripley County.
