(Scroll down for video) — On June 17, 2016, a man shouted conspiracy theories at restaurant goers at a restaurant in Los Feliz.
A waiter shooed the man away by following him and making monkey noises.
The man has since been identified as the infamous ‘Evil Elmo,’ known for his anti-Semitic and conspiratorial rants.
He has been spotted everywhere from Times Square, to San Francisco, to the Los Angeles area.
