From MySanAntonio: Cena was in the middle of a showdown against wrestling foe Kevin Owens when he spotted the unidentified child standing near the ring, decked out in Cenation memorabilia and proudly holding a sign saying “I’m beating cancer.”
“If I say or if I wear the words ‘never give up,’ not only am I telling the truth, but I am encouraging young and old, like that person right there, to do the same exact thing,” Cena told Owens from the ring, moments before bringing him front and center.
