FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA. — A Herndon man is in custody, charged with taking indecent liberties with a child after exposing himself to children on two separate occasions. Patrol officers responded to the 12600 block of Builders Road on September 8 after a man, later determined to be Williams, approached a 10-year-old child playing in his driveway, began talking to the boy and then exposed himself to the child. A family member later recognized Williams’ description from one of our social media posts in which we shared information about a different exposure incident that occurred on September 5. Allen Williams 28, was charged on Friday with taking indecent liberties with a child in the Builders Road incident. Further charges are pending as detectives continue their investigation.
