Dozens of cases have been dropped and over 100 are being reviewed after body cam footage out of Baltimore was purported to show an officer planting evidence at the scene of an alleged crime. Baltimore’s state’s attorney announced the dismissals of 34 drug and firearms cases. All the cases that have been or will be dismissed are those that relied solely on the credibility of the officers in question.
