Video from a dash camera shows an avalanche slamming into a vehicle on I-70 around 5 p.m. on Sunday. The driver says they were pushed off the roadway and into the median.
Footage shows how the torrent of snow rolls down the mountainside, not far from Copper Mountain. Although the avalanche stops short of hitting the Interstate 70, it releases a huge cloud of snow dust which blankets much of the road.
