CALIFORNIA – During a domestic violence call on Cibola Drive near White Lane, Bakersfield police officers engaged in a gunfire exchange with a standoff suspect, as depicted in bodycam footage below.
In the video, a woman is seen running towards the police outside the house, followed by multiple rounds of gunfire.
The suspect, identified as Richard Firo, 59, allegedly fired a rifle, but no one was injured.
Firo surrendered to the police and was arrested later that night.
