LOS ANGELES — (Scroll down for video) — A man who crashed a car, killing the passenger, apparently walked up to Fox11’s Gigi Graciette and admitted to the crime.
It happened around 4 a.m. when police responded to a car crashing into a pole. Upon arrival, officers found the passenger dead and the driver missing.
As the reporter was setting up to do her live shot, a man named Jose, claiming to be the driver, walked up to her and explained his side of the story.
The man is facing charges of driving under the influence and will possibly face vehicular manslaughter charges for the death of his cousin Juan, the report said.
