During the victim impact statement of Barbara Massey, sister of Katherine “Kat” Massey, a man rushed at gunman Payton Gendron. Gendron was being sentenced for killing 10 people, including Kat Massey, at the Tops on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo on May 14, 2022.
