The video was captured in Kuwait, as the man dances on top of a white car during the day, before jumping down to approach the police officer.
He then begins to dance on the officer, before spinning around to knock him out.
Bizarrely, before walking up to the police car he bends over to wash his hands in a dirty puddle.
As the officer gets out the car to approach him the man to start dancing on him too.
People passing by rush in to confront the man who pushes them away before the video cuts out.
Reports say the man was arrested after the incident.
If convicted of an attack on the officer, he is likely to face a lengthy prison sentence.
