This man was enjoying his 21st birthday and decided to go snowboarding to celebrate, he then came across a horse that had got into difficulty in the snow.
Rafael Pease thought it was a rock at first but as he snowboarded closer he realised it was a horse stuck in the snow.
She was shivering in a drift so deep her legs were totally buried, and he knew she was in trouble.
Chilean snowboarder Rafael had gone up the mountain on his 21st birthday hoping to catch some fresh powder, videoing everywhere he went on his GoPro camera.
‘The horse was going to die unless someone did something,’ Rafael said.
They walked down a piste and then on to the road, until he found someone who knew where the horse called home.
Four days after the horse went missing, she was reunited with her owner.
