MAHWAH, NEW JERSEY — The body of a 64-year-old woman was discovered under a snow pile in New Jersey on Monday, following the historic blizzard over the weekend.
According to police, children walking home from school saw what they thought was a jacket. As they approached, they found the woman under the snow drift. The location was 49 Sunnyside Drive.
The victim has been identified as Mary Wall, next of kin were notified. Police believe she died shoveling snow on Saturday. The death was the fifth in New Jersey related to the winter storm, NJ.com reported.
