One person is dead and four children have been left injured after a SUV and a school bus with special needs students collided in New Jersey.
Police have confirmed that the driver was pronounced dead at the scene on Thursday morning.
The students on board the Bridgeton Public Schools bus suffered minor injuries.
The incident happened in Fairfield Township, which is 35 miles south of Philadelphia.
School officials have confirmed that the students range in age from 11 to 17.
The identity of the man who was pronounced dead has not yet been released.
The injuries sustained to the adult bus passenger are considered serious.
