NEW YORK — On Thursday November 3rd at approximately 5:00 a.m. police officers from the Queens South Gang Unit conducted a search warrant at the Beach 41 Street Housing Development located at 4020 Beach Channel Drive in Far Rockaway, Queens.
As a result, a 30-year-old man was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Possession of Marijuana after the officers found multiple firearms and a quantity of marijuana inside his apartment.
Recovered items:
-Homemade shotgun along with 58 rounds of shotgun ammunition
-.22 cal rifle with an attached scope and 450 rounds of .22 cal ammunition
-Loaded .32 cal Ketec semi-automatic handgun with a flashlight attachment
-Three Starter Pistols
-Bulletproof vest
-Two hunting knives
-Handcuffs
