ISRAEL — (Scroll down for video) — Just three hours after the first Hanukkah candle was lit, terror struck in the heart of Jerusalem.
A Palestinian terrorist went on a stabbing spree on Yirmiyahu Street in Jerusalem, just near United Hatzalah Headquarters. The location of the attack is at Shaar Revachah supermarket.
The terrorist arrived in a vehicle and tried to run over a child, without success. He then got out of his vehicle and tried to stab an elderly person.
He was shot and killed shortly thereafter. There are two people with physical wounds, both listed in light condition by United Hatzalah.
MDA reports a male in his 60s has light injuries to his hands and is being transported to Shaare Zedek Hospital.
Another male, in his 20s, is also listed in light condition, hit by a vehicle. It is not certain he was hit by the terrorist’s vehicle.
The terrorist was shot and killed.
