ALABAMA — A 15-year-old Birmingham boy has been arrested in connection with three homicides, and is a suspect in a fourth murder.

The juvenileĀ is charged in the killings of 34-year-old Kenneth Davidson and Shundria Peoples, 26, and in the Nov. 14 killing of Tramone Mitchell, AL.com reported.

Davidson and Peoples were found shot to death in their car at Woodward Park around 4 a.m. on October 23rd.

Mitchell, a local rapper known as “Lil Mone,” was among two men shot sitting in a car at an apartment complex last Saturday.

The suspect’s name was not released due to his age.

From AL.com: ” […] the surviving victim told investigators two men called him earlier about buying some marijuana. He set up the meeting between Mitchell and the two men. Once Mitchell arrived on the scene, the men opened fire and fled the scene.

In both cases, he said, detectives were able to locate key witnesses who were able to identify the teen as the shooter. Because the suspect is a juvenile, Edwards said, the facts and circumstances surrounding the case are confidential by law because they will be handled in Family Court.”
