An infant only 20 days old was still inside.
Surveillance shows the car with KY license plate 000-PZR head west on Highway 42 toward the interstate.
There is not information about a possible suspect at this time.
The baby, Henry Flores, was in the backseat of the vehicle. He was wearing a white onsie and gray pants.
