PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLA. –56 Year-Old Guadalupe sexually assaulted the victim beginning when she was in eighth grade, continuing on through her freshman and sophomore year of High School.
Guadalupe is facing charges of sexual battery, lewd or lascivious molestation and false imprisonment.
He is being held on $250,000 bail at the Palm Beach County Jail.
