MANHATTAN — Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is reportedly under investigation for a choking incident involving a woman at a New York hotel.
According to multiple reports, Spitzer was involved in an alleged assault Saturday at a hotel in Midtown.
The female victim allegedly called 911 and said “she was having a breakdown and had slashed her wrists around 8 p.m. Saturday, sources said,” the NY Post reported.
The NYPD has yet to comment on the case. No further details were available.
