A federal judge has temporarily banned the Biden administration from ending the pandemic-era health rule ‘Title 42.’
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said, “In a lawsuit originally filed by Missouri, Louisiana, and Arizona, our Office just obtained a temporary restraining order to keep Title 42 in place. This is a huge victory for border security, but the fight continues on.”
Title 42 gives the federal government authority to immediately deport or turn-away anyone who attempts to make an illegal crossing into the U.S. in the name of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
