#BREAKING: Man Killed Walking His Dog In Philly, Found With Pet By His Side

PHILADELPHIA — OVERBROOK — 6400 block @ Woodcrest Ave.

Police responded to a call of shots fired. They found a man, 51, was unresponsive.

He was laying in the street, still holding his dog’s leash, the dog laying next to his owner, NBC Philadelphia reported.

He died at a hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Police say they aren’t sure if anything was taken from the victim but it could be a robbery.

The suspect is still at large. The dog was not hurt.
