MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE — On Monday evening, around 5:20pm, officers responded to an assault at 3062 Queensgate Drive. Upon arriving on the scene, officers located a female victim who had been assaulted. The female, 32, was stabbed multiple times and was transported in critical condition to Regional One.
The victim advised that her husband, 33-year-old Freddie Willingham, was the suspect responsible for her injuries. The victim suffered from stab wounds to her head and chest; she was unable to give any additional information. As of today, the victim remains in critical condition.
Willingham is not in custody at this time and it is believed that he may be occupying the victim’s Blue Jeep Grand Cherokee, TN tag – W1157D. A warrant was issued for Willingham’s arrest on January 25, 2016 for Criminal Attempt- 1st Degree Murder.
