NOW: Massive Brush Fire Near Kearny, AZ, Evacuations Underway – LIVESTREAM

SCROLL DOWN FOR LIVESTREAM — Evacuations are underway after a brush fire sparked east of the Valley this afternoon.

The Arizona State Forestry said the Kearny River Fire is at 25 acres in a river corridor/salt cedar and is currently threatening several structures.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office said 100 residents in the Stevens Trailer Park outside of Kearny have been evacuated. Kearney Mayor Sam Hosler told ABC15 all homes and businesses closest to the Gila River have been told to evacuate.

The fire is reportedly burning around the town and no fire control has been established.
