GEORGIA — Three people were killed during a head-on collision involving a school bus in Newton County, Georgia on Monday, officials said.
According to WXIA, the accident ‘happened around 3 p.m. at the intersection of Spring Valley Way and Highway 162 in Covington.’
No children were on the bus at the time of the crash and the bus driver survived.
The victims were travelling in the other vehicle, the station reported.
Officials were on scene investigating the cause.
