NEW ORLEANS — (Scroll Down For Video) — A video has surfaced of Saints Linebacker Junior Galette fighting several people on a beach.
Galette was captured on camera hitting a woman multiple times with a belt and throwing punches in a crowd of people allegedly at South Beach. The video, titled “Spring Break 2013 South Beach Brawl” appeared online on March 25, 2013, but was recently connected to Galette.
Meanwhile, the New Orleans Advocate is reporting that Galette’s attorney Ralph Whalden stated that the man seen in this video is not Galette.
Saints officials said that the team is aware of the video and sent it to the NFL. They are waiting for a decision from the NFL before taking further action. As of now, the NFL has no comment on the video, but are aware of it.
