German police have conducted raids against suspected Islamist terrorists in the early hours of the morning, this included two migrant homes.
Police said that the raids were conducted to prevent severe acts of violence.
Two of the locations raided were at an asylum seeker’s center in Hanover.
One of the men arrested in Berlin had registered his address as an asylum seeker’s residence.
Terrorism experts have criticized Angela Merkel’s open door policy and attitude towards migrants, explaining how her decision would allow terrorists to freely walk into Germany posing as refugees.
Berlin was the main target of the anti-terrorism operation where police raided four appeasements and two businesses.
A police spokesperson said that four Algerians were being hunted down after discovering links with ISIS.
They went on to say: ‘the four from the jihad scene are under investigation over suspicions that they are planning a serious act threatening the security of the state.’
One of them men arrested is wanted by the Algerian authorities who say he was trained in an ISIS terror camp.
Over 450 police officers took part in today’s operation.
