Per FDNY, one vehicle was involved in a high speed collision with a wall on the N/B New England Thruway. Nine people were removed and transported to area hospitals in serious condition. The exit ramp from the New England Thruway at Baychester Ave is blocked. NYPD CIS is on scene.
