PHILADELPHIA — Police in North Philly were evacuating nearby residents after a container containing some type of chemical was discovered in the 2000 block of West York Street.
According to WPVI, officials say ‘an item that looked like a rocket was on top of that container.’
The bomb squad was on scene—no injuries were reported.
