LOS ANGELES, California – An investigation is underway over an incident involving officers firing bean-bag rounds and a Taser on a man in a wheelchair.
Ten LAPD officers are seen surrounding the man in a cellphone video which captured the incident. It appears the man in the chair, Christopher Zarek, 43, was shot three times with bean-bag rounds before being subdued with a Taser.
The LAPD declined to comment.
