On Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at approximately 8:24PM, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at the corner of West 123 Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue, within the confines of the 26 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered a M/B/42, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to his neck. EMS also responded to the location, and pronounced the male DOA at the scene. There are no arrest(s). The investigation is ongoing.
