NASHVILLE — West Precinct detectives investigating the March 13 double murder of Holly Williams, 33, and her estranged boyfriend, William Lanway, 36, are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three men wanted for questioning who are believed to have knowledge of circumstances surrounding the homicides.

The men were recorded by a surveillance camera outside Williams’ Hillmeade Drive apartment a few days before the two were killed. They suspiciously took action to cover the camera’s lens after the images being released today were recorded.

Williams and Lanway were found by a construction worker on the morning of March 13 inside Williams’ crashed 2005 white Acura sedan. The car had gone off a construction road at 497 Old Hickory Boulevard, traveled down an embankment, and struck a tree. Both victims had been shot to death.

Detectives ask the Middle Tennessee community to look closely at the three photos.

Anyone recognizing any of the three is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward. West Precinct Detectives Patrick Cuthbertson and David Willover are leading this investigation. They can be reached at 615-862-7456.
