OKLAHOMA — SCROLL DOWN FOR VIDEO — Robert Bates, 73, turned himself in to face a manslaughter charge after he shot and killed man after mistaking his gun for a taser.
Bates is an insurance executive and was volunteering on an undercover operation in Tulsa when he fatally shot 44-year-old Eric Harris on April 2nd. (Video of shooting below)
