NEW YORK — State Police at Fonda arrested Maria Lomanto, 19, of Amsterdam for Second Degree Rape, a Class D Felony.
Lomanto is accused of having sexual intercourse with a person less than 15 years of age.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in June at the victim’s residence. Lomanto was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Amsterdam Court on August 2, 2018, at 6pm.
