Hillary Clinton Tweeted tonight that she plans to release her emails form her private account used when she was Secretary of State.
Former Secretary of State and Democratic Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton may have broken the rules during her tenure as Secretary of State by using her private email to conduct official government business.
The report says Clinton was never even issued a government email address.
The problem? None of the communications she made were able to be preserved for future reference, as is mandatory under the Federal Records Act.
