FLORIDA — Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives are searching for a dangerous felon who is on the run after firing several shots at a man and woman on the evening of January 4 outside a Pompano Beach home.

At 5:45 p.m., near the 2500 block of 5 street, surveillance video captured the moment when QuanTez Rodney Baker slowly drove a gray Mercedes GL350 SUV past a Pompano Beach home and fired multiple shots at a couple standing in the front yard. In the video, bullets strike the home’s exterior walls.

Immediately after the shooting, the car sped from the scene. Neither of the victims were injured.

Detectives believe the motive for the shooting may have escalated from an argument over money.
