United Express Flight Makes Emergency Landing At Dallas After Loss Of Cabin Pressure

A United Express was forced to make an emergency landing after the pilot reported a loss of cabin pressure.

The FAA reported the Flight 6183 made an emergency descent before landing at another airport.

The aircraft was flying to San Antonio, Texas from Washington-Dulles International Airport.

The pilot reported a loss of cabin pressure while the plane was flying over Texerkana, Texas.

After making a descent the aircraft diverted to Dallas International Airport.

Medical crews were then dispatched to the aircraft but there were no injuries on board.

The aircraft landed safely and passengers were accommodated on other flights.

The FAA is now investigating the incident to see what caused the loss of cabin pressure.

According to United, Flight 6183 arrived in San Antonio at 12:04 a.m. Thursday, more than three hours later than scheduled.

Flight 6183, operated by Mesa Airlines, was bound for San Antonio International Airport from Washington Dulles International Airport.
