ILLINOIS — At least 8 people were shot within 7 minutes in Chicago on Thursday – Nine shot within the four o’clock hour.
The initial shooting scene was at 68th & Throop.
According to WBBM’s Raul Moreno, 4 were shot at 68th & Throop, 3 more at Kostner & Wilcox, and 1 shot at 55th & Hoyne.
There was a large police presence in that area.
At least two are dead. The condition of remaining victims was not known.
Officials have not released an official statement.

Nine people shot, two fatally, between 4:04 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. on South & West sides.
