ARIZONA — AMBER ALERT: 12-year-old Cassidy Hayes, abducted by Michael Malloch Jr. From Cathedral City, CA, but last seen at Shell station in Munds Park, Arizona.
Suspect driving gold 2002 Suburu Legacy, California plate 7HYS582. Suspect said to have made suicidal threats.
Police say Cassidy Hayes was taken by her step-brother, 22-year-old Michael Malloch, Jr, around 6 a.m. on Sunday.
They were last seen at a gas station in Munds Park, Arizona around 9:15 Monday morning. Police say they may be heading to Massachusetts.
Hayes is described as 5 foot 3 inches tall, 115 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white letters saying ‘PORT’ and blue jeans.
Malloch is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall and 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Malloch was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and black shorts.
Police say they are driving in a gold 2002 Subaru Legacy with the California license plate of 7HYS582.
