ATLANTA — 4-month old Bailey Jefferson was taken from the 200 block of Ormon Street in Atlanta by her biological father without her mother’s permission.
They said 21-year-old Brenton Jefferson-Davis took the child in a 2004 white Ford super duty truck with dual tires and tag number: PLC7405.
Police said Davis may reside in the Decatur area.
