PENN HILLS, Pa. — A statewide Amber Alert has been issued in Pennsylvania after a teen was allegedly beaten and kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend.
The Penn Hills police department, along with other agencies, are searching for Marjani Aquil, 16. She is 5’4″, 140 lbs., with long black hair with blonde highlights. She is wearing a grey, long-sleeve shirt, light blue denim jeans, and tan boots. She was last seen On Jan. 16 at 3:15 p.m. on Glenbrook Drive, Penn Hills, Allegheny County.
The victim’s father says she was assaulted before being taken from her home.
She was allegedly abducted by Jermaine Laquay Rodgers, 19. He is 5’8″, 160 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Rodgers is driving an older red Sedan. He is thought to be armed.
